deeply nourishing 3-day retreat. A gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body, your inner rhythm and your deeper sense of purpose. Created to support rest, clarity, and reconnection with your breath, your body, and your inner knowing.

Held in the serene beauty of Wicklow’s nature at The Deerstone, Luxury Eco Hideaway, deep in the Wicklow Mountains National Park, in the ancient valley of Glendalough – the Valley of the Two Lakes.

blends Qigong, breathwork, meditation, Ayurvedic daily rituals, and  guided journaling for soul purpose, intention, and reflection. Each
element has been chosen to gently regulate the nervous system, restore energy, and create space for reflection and alignment.

Inspired by the natural
rhythm of autumn, this weekend is about harvesting what you’ve learned from a place of deep nourishment for your body, your breath, your nervous system, and your inner world. Releasing what no longer serves you, and consciously aligning with what you want to carry forward. A space where nothing is required of you, and everything is invitational.

You will be guided with care, presence, and spaciousness allowing balance, reconnection, alignment & clarity to unfold naturally, in its own time. No pressure to fix or force anything. Just space to be, breathe, and listen.

This retreat has been created with deep care and intention a space where you can soften, breathe, and reconnect with yourself without pressure or expectation.

You do not need to arrive with answers.

You do not need to be “ready” or “fixed.”

Just come as you are.

Through gentle movement, breath, stillness, nourishing food, nature, and reflection, you will be supported to soften back into yourself,  to listen inwardly and reconnect with what feels true and aligned for you at this moment in your life.

My intention is to hold a space that feels safe, grounded, nurturing and authentic. A space where you can come home to yourself, rest deeply, listen inwardly, and clarity is allowed to arise naturally.
